Under his leadership, Schraad Sales & marketing has strengthened its position in the central region by expanding its best-of-class services across fast-growing departments within the grocery class of trade. This is highlighted by the success Schraad has realized in becoming the dominant sales & marketing agency that builds brands in the Fresh Produce and the Natural/Specialty departments, in addition to its established role as the premier brand builder for Center Store CPG brands.
Inspired by Bill’s relentless devotion to focused service, Schraad Sales & Marketing joined forces with other leading sales & marketing agencies in the East, Southeast, Mountain, & West Coast regions to form the On Shelf Marketing Group [OSMG] in 2006. This became the first of its kind National Broker service solution for CPGs that wanted to streamline their broker touchpoints nationally, but didn’t want to sacrifice the strength that regional sales & marketing agencies are known for with regional grocery customers and the value regional agencies produce in delivering results.
As Schraad Sales & Marketing has grown, Bill continues to preserve the culture, which is guided by the company’s mission & values and shaped by the legacy started by his father so many years ago, to instill pride in all Schraad employees while also creating a positive, exciting atmosphere that attracts the industry’s best talent.
Bill has extended the company’s rich history of being a best-of-class service company into serving the communities in which Schraad Sales & Marketing operates by championing several charitable organizations including local food banks in communities where Schraad operates, the philanthropic organizations of each of its Retail partners, and the National Alzheimer’s Association which is a very personal charitable organization for the Schraad family and where Bill personally serves on the Executive Council for the local Oklahoma chapter.
Bill holds a bachelor’s degree from Oklahoma State University and lives in Edmond, Oklahoma, with his wife, Betsy.

Prior to joining Schraad Sales & Marketing, Patrick held positions of increasing responsibility at other sales & marketing agencies, before spending almost a decade with Ocean Spray where he learned first-hand the complexities of delivering customer growth in both mature & emerging categories where Ocean Spray competed. During Patrick’s time at Ocean Spray, he served in numerous sales roles, including Sales Leader for the Eastern Region, in which he was recognized as the top salesperson in the organization multiple years in a row.
In addition to his professional leadership at Schraad Sales & Marketing, Patrick has a clear record as a champion for the consumer products & grocery retail industries. He has served on numerous committees throughout the years that focused on driving progress against key initiatives for the industry, and he actively participates in trade organizations such as the Food Marketing Institute, National Grocers Association, National Frozen & Refrigerated Foods Association, and International Fresh Produce Association.
Patrick graduated from Northeastern State University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration. He lives in Edmond, Oklahoma with his wife D.J.

In his role, Jeremy works closely with other executive leaders to shape the company’s long-term strategic plan. He is focused on using innovative and agile approaches to enhance the financial function, with an emphasis on building capabilities that facilitate the identification of value-creation opportunities and improve accountability across the company.
Jeremy graduated from the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a licensed CPA. Jeremy also serves as President of the Board of Trustees for Christian Heritage Academy in Del City, OK, and is Treasurer for his local church.
